EcoTones Concerts @ River Hook Preserve: Guardians of the Shoreline,
Sept. 19, 2026
The EcoTones Ensemble embedded throughout Upper Nyack's River Hook Preserve to celebrate the preserve's perch above the mighty Hudson River, and the community's role as guardians on watch for what flows into the river, both positive and negative for the river's nonhuman inhabitants. The concert featured the premiere of Songs to Reverse the River with music by Jody Redhage Ferber and lyrics by Lily Greenberg, promoting ecological care for the Hudson.
